American Institute of Architects | Interactive Presentation
What Architects Do is an interactive presentation tool intended for users to make a short, in-person presentation on a tablet to members of Congress. Each step of development is explored—from conception, through systems analysis to final construction. In addition to designing the presentation, Cathy Schaefer of Splice Design Group created each of the illustrations, drawing from a variety of sources. In addition, AIA took the separate art pieces and edited them into a 3 minute 36 second video which animates the sequence.
